Threads downloader: save posts without an account
Threads doesn't offer a built-in way to save a post's photos or video, so most people resort to a screenshot that loses quality and crops the frame. VidFrom's Threads downloader skips that: paste the link to a public post above and you get the original files back — every photo in a carousel post, or the video, at the resolution Threads currently has stored.
Step-by-step on iPhone, Android and desktop
On iPhone or Android: open the post in the Threads app, tap the share icon below it, then choose Copy link. Open your browser, paste the link here and tap Download.
On desktop: click the share icon under the post on threads.com and choose Copy link, then paste it above.

Tips for the best result
Paste the link to the post itself (it should look like threads.com/@username/post/... or a threads.com/share/... link from the Share button), not a profile link — this tool works one post at a time. Threads links from the Share button are automatically resolved to the right post, so you can paste those directly without editing them.
Is it safe to use?
You never enter a Threads or Instagram username or password anywhere on VidFrom — the tool only needs the public post link you paste in. Links are used once to fetch the files and aren't stored afterward, and there's no browser extension to install.
