Save Facebook videos to your device
Facebook doesn't offer a download button, so the usual workaround is screen recording, which hurts the quality. A simpler way: tap Share on the video, choose Copy link, then paste it in the box above. You'll get the file in SD or HD, whichever the original was uploaded in.
